DARS Announces New Approved Rates for Medical Services

A new fee schedule for medical services procured by the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services has been approved. The new fee schedule was the result of the Department's review of its medical service rates by staff and other subject matter experts who recommend and coordinate fee adjustments in accordance with the rate-setting methodology approved by the Department. Please be aware that the fees were reviewed on an item by item basis; consequently, the fees for some services increased while others decreased.

The new medical service rates are applicable to services arranged on or after May 1, 2005.
