The new Chapter 11 of the DRS Standards for Providers manual related to DARS’ new Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) program will be published and become effective on December 3, 2012. This chapter was originally expected to publish on October 1, 2012, but was revised to incorporate stakeholder feedback.

The following revisions to the Standards for Providers will be published on March 1, 2012:
Chapter 2.2 Staff Qualifications, Job Placement Specialist (2-0071) and Section 2.11 Standards for Supported Employment Services, Staff Qualifications (2-0540) will be updated to reflect current CRP staff credentialing and training deadlines and procedural information for providing services to consumers.
An electronic version of the DARS DRS Standards for Providers is available. Only those providers required by contract to do so must comply with these standards. Contact the DARS DRS Standards Specialist if you have questions in the following areas:
- vocational assessment or evaluation
- personal social adjustment training
- work adjustment training
- room, board, and supervised living
- vocational adjustment training
- job coaching
- job placement
- supported employment and supported self-employment services
- post-acute brain injury services
- centers for independent living
