Comprehensive Rehabilitation Services: Budget for Fiscal Year 2013

Comprehensive Rehabilitation Services (CRS) funds derive from surcharges on convictions of felonies and misdemeanors, a portion of which are dedicated to the CRS program. The CRS program begins the fiscal year with $24.8 million to operate the program.

The CRS Program is committed to the following:

• Providing services as quickly as possible to all eligible consumers
• Promotes the best outcomes and service delivery that maximizes benefits to consumers
