Professional Credentials for Providers
ECI employs staff who meet appropriate professional requirements and hold current professional credentials for their profession. Staff must meet the highest standards of their profession and abide by their license, registration, or certification requirements. Supervision rules and rules of conduct must be followed. (Authority: 34 CFR 303.361; 25 TAC 621.24[b][5]).
ECI staff are asked to perform a variety of tasks and services, but their education licensure or certification and experience determine assigned scopes of responsibilities.
