DARS Federal and State Statutes, Rules, and Regulations

The Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services has consolidated the operations of four former agencies, including their rules and regulations. DARS administers the programs previously provided by the Commission for the Blind, the Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, the Texas Rehabilitation Commission and the Interagency Council for Early Childhood Intervention.
