Grant Funds Expended

The total amount of funds expended by the six provider agencies through February 29, 2012, was $1,127,754.  Chart 1 illustrates the percentage of grant funds expended by each provider.  Amount of total grant based on two-year funding cycle, fiscal years 2012 and 2013.

Number of Children Served

During the first half of fiscal year 2012, 147 children were served by the six provider agencies under the DARS Autism Program.  Of these, 75 children entered services since the beginning of the fiscal year while 72 children began receiving services prior to September 1, 2011 but continued receiving services into this fiscal year.
