The Department of Assistive & Rehabilitative Services (DARS) is soliciting offers for the purpose of establishing a maximum of twelve contracts with qualified Impartial Hearing Officers to conduct administrative/due process hearings related to Vocational Rehabilitation Services provided under the Rehabilitation Act and Deaf and Hard of Hearing Interpreter appeals.

If interested in contracting with DARS for the services identified in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ), please submit your RFQ response no later than 11:00 a.m. CDST on July 20, 2012. Responses received after this deadline will not be considered. View the RFQ and supporting documents.

Please do not contact anyone other than the point of contact identified in Section 1.5 of the RFQ. Failure to follow these rules may result in your response to the RFQ being removed from further consideration.
